I was very satisfied. The rooms, the staff, the food - everything was perfect. The three swimming pools inside are pleasant. The beach is near, but it is better to rent the car and look around the whole island. It is everywhere from 20 to 50 minutes by car and you can park in front of the hotel. So I can recommend the staying in this hotel.

I wouldn't pick this hotel again. We were so tired after the night flight and got the worst room possible - A16. It's located next to reception, bar and 3 staff rooms which makes it very noisy. The walls are like paper - you can hear everything from outside. The people were loud till 2/3 AM and cleaners started cleaning and making noises around 6/7 AM. We couldn't sleep there, despite being exhausted. The A/C also didn't work properly in that room. The room shouldn't even exist! It should be other staff room or something like that. Fortunately, we were able to change room the next day. But we couldn't enjoy the day due to tiredness. The next room was better, but it also has a strange thing - a terrace located in the corridor. The window also overlooked the corridor, so the curtains had to be closed all the time. We didn't use this terrace at all because of that. I don't recommend this hotel for people who appreciate peace and quiet. It's impossible to go to the swimming pool at morning. All sunbeds are occupied with towels even though people are not using them. We had to walk to the beach, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel if you go through the sea. Otherwise, it's like a 15-minutes walk. There are also swimming pools which should not be used by children, but people don't care about that and no one from the staff is taking care of it. So there is no peaceful place to relax in that hotel. Towels were missing after cleaning each time. We had to go to reception and ask for them every time. It was bothersome because you couldn't take shower after coming back from beach or swimming pool. As for taking a shower, there was no hot water from time to time. The food was average. There are a lot of places around the hotel where you can find better food. The cocktails, wines were not good either. There are also 95% Poles with families in the hotel - think about whether you want to spend your holidays among such people. I strongly do NOT recommend this place for couples.

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this so-called five-star hotel. The room amenities were far from what was advertised. The room was tiny, the bathroom had just a shower and toilet, and the sink was awkwardly placed by the front door. Speaking of the bathroom, the bin for used toilet paper was outside the bathroom, making it inconvenient and unhygienic. The balcony offered a view of garbage cans emitting a horrible smell, and the mornings were ruined by noisy garbage trucks. The room had issues like a non-draining sink and a torn bedside lamp. Despite decent food, I found hairs in it multiple times, and the drinks were never chilled. At the bar, they allowed only one drink per person at a time. The overchlorinated pool damaged my bathing suit and turned my hair green. When we raised these problems with the staff, they did not do anything about it. It's clear the hotel has better rooms, but for the same price we paid, we ended up with a room worse than a student hostel.

An overall medicore hotel. The food was bland but not terrible, except for the snack bar which was a total joke (cheap supermarket nuggets, beef patties and fries). The worst part is incredibly loud music near the pools and the bar. Club-like music with the same songs on constant repeat. I’ve heard Dua Lipa over 20 times. I couldn’t focus on my book when reading by the pool. To top everything my iPhone charger stopped working on second day, then my girlfriend’s charger also broke on last day. It could be a faulty socket, not sure. The lady at the reception couldn’t be bothered and the manager wasn’t coming until after we left. It can’t be a coincidence that both chargers failed within a few days. Otherwise the hotel is nicely refurbished and staff is nice. I would only recommend if you plan to rent a car and travel the island rather than stay at the hotel

Location is quite good, not far from the airport and the seaside. Hotel is in a very good condition, modern, looks like scandinavian type. But it was strange, there are no mirrors in the bathrooms in the whole hotel (just in your own room). By the way, it is very crowded of Polish people. Rooms are good, but with very thin walls, you should listen your neighbours' talkings, coughing, young polish' parties.. no rules for a time of calm. It's very irritating and annoying especialy at night when it is sleeping time and you come here to take a rest and relax. The stuff is friendly and polite, except one full black haired lady at the snack bar. Every moment she was not happy, you should feel guilty if you ask her something. At the snack bar the food was awful. There were overcooked meat, nuggets, buns, fries, melon, watermelon. By the way, the snack bar works till 6 p.m. But unfortunately at 5.18 p.m. there is no food. Just those days, when a young gentelman worked, you could find fresh baked sandwiches.. Is it really AIl Inclusive? Food at the restaurant was various, but sometimes it was overcooked, overbaked. Pools are great, but to find a free sunbed in the morning it is a great mission. Sometimes it was a welcome stuffs' initiative - take away the towels from the sunbeds, it is so unpolite to reserve the sunbed and not to use it. By the way, there weren't the hotel's rules. It would be clear for tourist if you could read and know the hotel's general rules. For example tourists' behaviour by the pool (adults are jumping or drinking in the pool..) or where to get the towels (at the reception for 5€ deposit), or what time is the time of calm. Animation team. No team. Just some ladies at the pool. And on Thursday- Greek dances. The hotel is good, modern, but there are lots to do better. Trash bins around the pools are full. No one comes around to empty during the day. All Inclusive sistem here doesn't looks like it should be. So my advice - don't be fooled.
